Position: Customer Care Representative at Village des Valeurs
Village des Valeurs, a proud member of the Savers family, operates as a global retailer specializing in high-quality, gently used apparel, accessories, and household goods. Our business model champions sustainability by facilitating the purchase, resale, and recycling of millions of pounds of pre-owned items, effectively reducing landfill waste each year. Additionally, we contribute to over 100 nonprofit organizations by acquiring donated goods, thus providing vital funding for their community initiatives and services.
With more than 300 locations under various brand names, including Value Village, Village des Valeurs, Savers, 2nd Avenue, and Unique, we are committed to making a difference.
Role Overview:
As a Customer Care Representative at Village des Valeurs, your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding service to our customers, donors, and colleagues. We offer flexible employment options, including both full-time and part-time roles.
