We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Subway Sandwiches. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily restaurant operations, including cash handling, inventory control, and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to staff.
- Manage budgets and financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve restaurant performance.
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
- Safe Food Handling certificate and basic security clearance.
