Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at KFC Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet customer demand.
  • Train and develop staff members to improve their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive a positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other key metrics, providing regular reports to management.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and management.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
