We are looking for a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our Pizza Pizza team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet our high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as providing guidance and support to help them improve their skills.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Monitor food quality and service standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, as well as maintaining records of sales, stock, and wastage.
