Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Standing for extended periods
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a noisy and hot environment.
