Job Summary

The Technical Solutions Specialist will play a key role in supporting the sales and implementation of our StrucSoft product line. This customer-focused role will involve pre-sales support, post-sales support, and product development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide pre-sales support, including demonstrations, product meetings, and scoping out customer requirements.
  • Offer post-sales support, including training, consultancy, and ongoing support to customers.
  • Contribute to product development, supporting the development team and creating documentation, videos, and whitepapers.
Requirements
  • Revit drafting experience and a strong understanding of construction methods and documentation.
  • Experience working with StrucSoft solutions and other Autodesk software, such as Construction Cloud and BIM360.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including face-to-face, telephone, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new environments and be passionate about real customer success.
  • Capacity to work in an international environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a software company or Dev-Ops environment.
  • Knowledge of CNC machinery and BIM processes.
  • Previous experience providing professional training or customer service.
Interview Process

The interview process will consist of an introduction and get-to-know discussion, followed by screenings with the hiring manager and peer, and a final interview.
