Director of Sales New Development

Toronto, ON - A lucrative opportunity awaits an exceptional Sales Leader to spearhead the sales strategy for our client's prestigious Real Estate Developments in the GTA.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

As a seasoned Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving overall sales activities, including market research, sales presentations, tracking sales and marketing trends, advertising campaigns, and promotional events for various multi-family residential projects. You will work closely with the corporate marketing team to ensure effective and consistent articulation of brand messaging to various audiences.

  • Manage and lead a team of internal/external sales staff, executing residential sales campaigns, and advising on project design to maximize purchase value.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry/market trends and innovations that enhance the value proposition of our portfolio.

You will report to Senior Management, presenting sales performance and generating ideas to improve new development projects and internal processes.

Requirements
  • An undergraduate degree in business, real estate, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years in a professional sales leadership position in an active real estate market, leading high-performance teams and scaling businesses for growth.
