Job Description

Job Summary

OCR Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Commercial Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our commercial accounts, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our commercial clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing commercial accounts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Education: College diploma in Business or Commerce.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in a commercial or business-to-business environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with bilingualism in French an asset.
