We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team at Condominium Insurance Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a book of business, servicing clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist producers in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business.
- Work closely with producers and other Condo Insurance staff on client service, marketing, and renewal.
- Initiate account planning with producers 100 days in advance of renewal.
- Develop new business from existing accounts and assigned leads.
- Manage account documentation, review client coverage, and analyze risk.
- Ensure accurate and timely servicing and billing of accounts.
- Participate in training and professional development courses.
- Maintain positive working relationships with clients, staff, and other departments.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial insurance experience.
- O. license required.
- Solid understanding of policy wordings/coverages.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, and EPIC.
