Food Service Team Lead

Lahore in Town is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our kitchen team.
Responsibilities:- Manage food and kitchen supplies, ensuring we have the necessary resources to deliver high-quality meals.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff members, focusing on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Evaluate ingredient and supply needs to optimize meal preparation efficiency.
- Maintain open communication with customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Analyze stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage to make informed decisions about inventory management.
- Create efficient work schedules that meet the demands of our fast-paced kitchen environment.
- A minimum of 1 month to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment position.
- Proficiency in English language.
- A regular schedule of 35 hours per week.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This estimate is based on industry standards and location factors.
