Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to increase sales and improve merchandising.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
- Team Management: Supervise and train sales staff, providing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, customer service, and inventory management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail sales experience, with a proven track record of success in customer service and sales.
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
