Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K convenience Store. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the store, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Manage Inventory: Ensure accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.
- Standing and Walking: Stand for extended periods and walk throughout the store.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory management and customer service.
- Accurate: Ensure accuracy in all aspects of store operations.
- Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
