Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K convenience Store.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring a smooth and efficient store operation.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff members to meet the needs of the store and customers.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads, and work in a variety of temperatures.
- Accurate: Ability to accurately complete tasks and maintain records.
- Client Focus: Strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and work with colleagues and customers.
