Ontario INC is seeking a highly skilled Data Director to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing the classification and rating of occupations, planning and implementing recruitment strategies, and managing contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
- Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
- Manage contracts
- Manage training and development strategies
- Advise senior management
- Respond to employee questions and complaints
- Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants
- Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
- Oversee payroll administration
- Assign, co-ordinate, and review projects and programs
- More than 20 years of experience in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility, judgement, and a team player attitude
