Data Hr Director H/F

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Hr Director H/F to join our team at 1359238 Ontario INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the classification and rating of occupations, planning and developing recruitment strategies, and managing contracts and training and development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
- Develop and implement communication strategies
- Prepare reports and advise senior management
- Respond to employee questions and complaints
- Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants
- Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
- Oversee payroll administration
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
- More than 20 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility, judgement, and team player skills
The successful candidate will work in a retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre environment with a large caseload and workload. The position requires the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours:The position is a permanent role with 40 hours per week.
