Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the classification and rating of occupations to ensure accurate compensation and benefits.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage contracts and negotiate agreements with vendors and suppliers.
- Develop and implement training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform business decisions.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to engage employees and stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and presentations to senior management and the board of directors.
- Advise senior management on HR-related matters and provide guidance on best practices.
- Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants to resolve employee issues and concerns.
- Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure fair and equitable treatment of employees.
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- More than 20 years of experience in human resources management.
- Proven track record of success in leading HR functions and teams.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Term:The position is permanent.
Hours:The working hours are 40 hours per week.
