Data Hr Director H/F

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Hr Director H/F to join our team at 1359238 Ontario INC. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing the classification and rating of occupations, planning and developing recruitment strategies, and managing contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
- Develop and implement training and development strategies
- Manage payroll administration
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Our company is a retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre with a fast-paced environment. You will be working with a large caseload and workload, and must be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
