We're seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to fill the crucial roles of Front Desk and Retail Associates at our new location in Walnut Grove. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every client has an outstanding Tommy Gun's experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure every client has an outstanding experience
  • Manage front desk and retail operations, including handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and service goals
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising and product inventory management

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic knowledge of visual merchandising and product inventory management
  • Previous experience in a salon, barbershop, or spa is an asset
