We're seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to fill the crucial roles of Front Desk Reception + Retail Associates at our new Thunderbird Centre location in Walnut Grove.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing service queues, and supporting your colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest has an exceptional Tommy Gun's experience
  • Manage service queues, handle phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a positive work environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising and product inventory management
  • Contribute to a fun, busy, and friendly atmosphere with a positive company culture

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to go above and beyond for every guest
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage service queues and respond to emails
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional time-management and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with visual merchandising and product inventory management (an asset)
  • Bonus points for experience in a salon, barbershop, or spa
