We're thrilled to announce the opening of our newest location at the Thunderbird Centre in Walnut Grove. Our team is growing, and we're looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to fill the crucial roles of Front Desk and Retail Associates.

As a Front Desk and Retail Associate, you will be the face of Tommy Gun's, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every client has an outstanding experience from the moment they step through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Assist with visual merchandising and product inventory
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and service goals

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with visual merchandising and product inventory (an asset)
