We're seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to fill the crucial roles of Front Desk Reception + Retail Associates at our new Thunderbird Centre location in Walnut Grove.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every client has an outstanding Tommy Gun's experience from the moment they step through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage service queues, answer phone calls, and support your team in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist with visual merchandising and product inventory, maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of visual merchandising and product inventory, with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
