About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Branch Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and providing exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Lead, coach, and proactively model exceptional service at every customer interaction in the lobby, on the frontline, and in the service and advice offices.
- Team Management: Manage a small team of service and advice professionals, leading them in completing day-to-day processes and transactions.
- Operational Management: Plan, organize, and coordinate the activities for your area, resolving operational issues and managing workflows.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure colleagues are in compliance with all TD policies, procedures, and guidelines, and manage risks associated with moderate risk potential.
- Performance Management: Contribute to the process of setting performance objectives for the team, track, monitor, and effectively address and/or reward performance in a timely manner.
- Recruitment and Selection: Participate in the recruitment and selection process for all hires to ensure a highly diverse, qualified workforce to achieve business objectives.
- Brand Champion: Act as a brand champion for your business area/function and the bank, both internally and externally.
Requirements:
- Education: Undergraduate degree and/or relevant experience.
- Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in a banking or financial services environment.
- Certifications: Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) course, IFIC or CSC.
