Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our branch operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and service professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a culture of excellence and customer-centricity within the branch team.
- Develop and implement sales and service strategies to meet business objectives.
- Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and BMO policies.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in retail banking or customer-facing roles.
- Proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Strong sales and service skills, with a focus on customer experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
