Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Shell Moosomin. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Staff: Lead and manage a team of sales workers, apprentices, and other staff members to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Assign Duties: Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Hire and Train: Recruit, train, and develop staff members to meet the needs of our customers and the business.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain accurate records.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages in a professional and timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Financial Management: Manage cash and maintain accurate financial records.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve complex problems and make sound decisions.
- Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills and a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
