About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Shell Moosomin. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales staff, apprentices, and other team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and stocking of merchandise, ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked and that we have the right products to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues that may arise and ensuring that customers leave our store satisfied.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform business decisions.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure that our store is clean, safe, and well-maintained, including the gas pumps and surrounding areas.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or gas station environment.
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions.
