Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Shell Moosomin. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales workers, apprentices, and other staff members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assign Duties: Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities to ensure a smooth operation of the gas station.
  • Hire and Train: Recruit, train, and develop staff members to meet the needs of the business.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain a clean and organized store.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to support business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management.
  • Financial Management: Manage cash and maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements:
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with extended periods of standing.
  • Language: English.
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
