Your Role:

You will be responsible for overseeing all financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and auditing.


Financial Leadership:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth
  • Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and laws
  • Managing financial risk and implementing risk management strategies

Strategic Partnering:

You will collaborate closely with our President and CEO on long-term strategic planning, including identifying and evaluating business expansions, mergers, acquisitions, and other growth initiatives.

You will also work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability.


Risk Management:

You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive risk management strategies to safeguard the company's financial assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.


Data-Driven Decision Making:

You will utilize financial data and analytics to inform strategic decisions, including investment and divestment opportunities.

You will also be responsible for implementing technologies that enhance data accessibility and decision-making capabilities.


Insurance and Legal Oversight:

You will oversee insurance policies, manage transfer pricing arrangements, and lead the administration of trademark applications with external counsel.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Significant experience in auditing, budgeting, financial planning, and analysis
  • Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and risk management
  • Expertise in ERP implementation and digital financial systems
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
