Plant Accounting Finance Manager

HF Sinclair is seeking a highly skilled Plant Accounting Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and reporting for its Petro-Canada Lubricants Plant. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of accountants and analysts, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the refinery
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including US GAAP and SOX
- Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures to safeguard company assets
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 8 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, audit, and accounting principles
- Experience with SAP and BW/BI preferred
$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
