Job Summary: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join our team at Overseas Haven Immigration. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements
* Prepare and review financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
* Ensure compliance with accounting regulations, laws, and standards
* Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile accounts
* Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial documents as required

Requirements:

* 1 year of experience in a similar role
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Tasks:

* Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
* Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
* Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
* Post journal entries
* Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
* Prepare tax returns
* Prepare trial balance of books
* Reconcile accounts
* Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
