We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campus Director to lead our academic institution in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving strategic direction, fostering innovation, and inspiring excellence across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet enrollment and retention goals within specified guidelines.
- Contribute to and monitor the quality of the student experience.
- Continuously monitor and analyze campus performance data to guarantee responsiveness to issues.
- Manage instructors and staff to ensure student success.
- Ensure academic and administrative operations are in compliance with applicable regulatory bodies, government agencies, policies, and procedures.
- Completion of a post-secondary degree. Master's degree preferred.
- A minimum of five years' experience in an operations management role with exposure to business development and sales.
- Experience in a private post-secondary environment considered an asset.
We provide a dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually.
