Lead with Vision and Excellence

Your Role in a Snapshot:

The Campus Director will be responsible for:

  • Meeting enrollment and retention goals within specified guidelines
  • Contributing to and monitoring the quality of the student experience
  • Continuously monitoring and analyzing campus performance data to guarantee responsiveness to issues
  • Managing instructors and staff to ensure student success
  • Ensuring academic and administrative operations are in compliance with applicable regulatory bodies, government agencies, policies, and procedures
  • Performing other duties as required
What You Bring to the Table:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who possesses:

  • Completion of a post-secondary degree. Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of five years' experience in an operations management role with exposure to business development and sales.
  • Experience in a private post-secondary environment considered an asset.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

We are looking for an individual with advanced skills in:

  • Oral and written communication, including presentation, group facilitation, and business writing
  • Leadership, direction, support, and motivation
  • Ability to work with a variety of disciplines and levels of an organization
  • Numeracy skills, including budget preparation and management
  • Complex analysis and interpretation of budgetary and statistical data
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to maintain effective relationships with diverse groups and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction
  • Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make appropriate decisions under pressure
