About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team at Top Tier Talent, a premier headhunting and consulting firm. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to take their sales career to the next level.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing innovative solutions to drive revenue growth. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to drive volume and revenue growth through exceptional service and strategic planning.
  • Proactively identify and acquire new clients to generate additional revenue streams and expand our client base.
  • Anticipate client needs and offer tailored solutions that exceed expectations through a proactive and professional demeanor.
  • Engage in cold calling, negotiation, and sales presentations to secure new business and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Work effectively with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client solutions and meet or exceed KPI targets.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients through various channels to explore new opportunities and foster long-term relationships.

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and Outlook.

Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
