The successful candidate will be responsible for:



  • Organizing tasks to accomplish work
  • Overseeing operational logistics of the organization
  • Planning and organizing operational logistics of the organization
  • Preparing and submitting reports
  • Aarranging for maintenance and repair work
  • Resolving work problems, providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruiting and hiring staff
  • Training workers in duties and policies
  • Aarranging training for staff
  • Conducting performance reviews
  • Coordinating, assigning and reviewing work
  • Requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment and supplies
  • Establishing work schedules and procedures

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions:


This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to handle heavy loads.


Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience
