We are offering a competitive salary range of $200,000 - $300,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Job Description

As a Family Practitioner, you will provide Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) and primary care services to patients in Hazelton, BC. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing medical care to patients with opioid use disorder;
  2. Initiating and maintaining OAT therapy;
  3. Conducting inpatient consultations as needed;
  4. Managing a panel of at least 325 patients;
  5. Collaborating with the Wrinch Medical Staff to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience working in rural or remote settings;
  • Knowledge of OAT and its application in clinical practice;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team;
  • A minimum of [X] years of experience as a Family Physician.
