Director of DevOps

We are seeking an experienced Director of DevOps to lead our infrastructure and operations team in a fast-growing Series-C scale-up that is revolutionizing customer service in the e-commerce sector.

Our company has developed an AI-powered customer support platform tailored specifically for e-commerce businesses, centralizing customer interactions across multiple channels and enabling businesses to enhance customer satisfaction, streamline operations, and boost sales performance.

We are undergoing a period of rapid growth, aiming to nearly double in size and profit in the next two years. In this role, you will develop a strategy to scale and bulletproof our infrastructure, mature our processes and technology, increase security and reliability, and manage and grow our senior SRE/DevOps team.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading SRE/DevOps teams in rapidly expanding companies
  • Solid technical expertise in Software Engineering, particularly with Python and Golang
  • Significant experience in scaling Kubernetes infrastructure
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
  • Strong focus on security, including disaster recovery, risk management, and incident response
