Job Title: Cloud/Infrastructure Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud/Infrastructure Architect to join our team at Toparo. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud infrastructure solutions using Azure services.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess the current infrastructure and create a migration plan and business value assessment for transitioning to Microsoft Azure.
  • Conduct Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) workshops for customers.
  • Architect and design cloud infrastructure solutions using Azure services, including landing zone design.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
  • Develop and implement best practices for managing and monitoring cloud infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of cloud solutions.
  • Evaluate new technologies and offer recommendations for improvements to existing infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in architecting and designing cloud infrastructure solutions using Azure services.
  • Strong understanding of Azure services, including compute, storage, networking, and security.
  • Experience using Azure Migrate for assessments and migrations.
  • Proficiency in automation and scripting using PowerShell, ARM templates, TerraForm, Bicep, Fabric, and other tools.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, including virtual networks, VPNs, and firewalls.
  • Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
  • In-depth understanding of Microsoft's Cloud Adoption Framework and Azure Well-Architected Framework.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
