Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at REFAI FOODS INC.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports, including work schedules and inventory management.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain a positive customer service attitude.
Requirements:
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • English as the primary language of work.
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, standing for extended periods, and physically demanding tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, be a team player, and have initiative and dependability.
