Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and safe manner.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and healthy work environment.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef to ensure accurate and timely food preparation.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure that food is presented in a visually appealing manner.
  • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment, supervising a team of 3-4 staff members.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
