Customer Success Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Coordinator to join our team at LodgeLink, a Black Diamond Group company. As a key member of our customer success team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and interpret data from various sources, including PowerBI, HappyFox, LodgeLink Admin Platform, and Salesforce, to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and deliver impactful presentations and demonstrations to customers, showcasing LodgeLink features and benefits.
- Work closely with dedicated Account Managers and Customer Success Representatives to document all account activities in Salesforce.
- Conduct product demonstrations in-person or online, helping customers understand how to use LodgeLink to benefit their business.
- Develop training materials to assist with demonstrations and self-serve learning, in conjunction with the marketing team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to investigate booking-related transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Relay valuable customer feedback on product enhancements and assist in testing new features.
- 3+ years' experience in data analytics, customer service, or travel management.
- Experience working in one of the following industries: software as a service, hospitality, travel management, travel agencies, or workforce accommodations.
- Methodical and logical approach to problem-solving with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze, model, and interpret data.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence.
- Experience coaching, training, or educating, with a focus on tailoring your message to your audience.
