About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Partner to join our team at Aimsio. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for driving client adoption of our platform, ensuring seamless implementation, and fostering long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customized client success plans to maximize platform utilization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs
  • Provide exceptional customer support, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess client satisfaction and progress
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving client growth and retention
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of industries with field operations, such as construction, oilfield services, or transportation
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS products and their implementation
  • Presentation skills for medium to large groups
