**Required Qualifications:**

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, ideally within the financial services sector.
  • Proven experience with modules such as APM, CMBD, Service Catalog, Incident/Change/Problem Management, Demand, and Integration Hub.
  • Expertise in integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems.
  • ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certifications required.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum, ITIL 4 framework, and enterprise architecture principles.

**Nice to Have:**

  • Experience with Configuration Management and Release Management practices in large enterprises.
