Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Adviser to join our team at RV REMODELING LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, as well as developing and implementing human resources policies and programs.
Key Responsibilities- Budget and Expenditure Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure effective resource allocation.
- HR Policy Development: Develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs to support business objectives.
- Employee Advice and Support: Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
- Recruitment and Hiring: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Employee Performance Management: Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs to ensure employee growth and development.
- Training and Development: Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Employee Benefits and Health and Safety: Research and recommend changes to employee benefits and health and safety practices.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure effective team performance.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
