Job Title: Human Resources Adviser

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Adviser to join our team at RV REMODELING LTD.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Adviser will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our management team on all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, and advise managers on the interpretation of human resources policies and collective agreements.
  • Employee Relations: Establish and implement policies and procedures to promote a positive and inclusive work environment, and co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs.
  • Benefits and Compensation: Research and recommend changes to employee benefits and health and safety practices, and advise managers on the interpretation of human resources policies and collective agreements.
  • Training and Development: Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures.
  • Performance Management: Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
Working Conditions:
  • Language: Anglais.
  • Hours of Work: 35 hours per week.
