Human Resources Specialist

RV REMODELING LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Adviser to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources policies and programs that align with our company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement human resources strategies that support business objectives.
- Policy Development: Create and maintain human resources policies and procedures that comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement employee performance management systems to ensure employee growth and development.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Benefits Administration: Research and recommend employee benefits and health and safety practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- HR Operations: Manage HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in human resources.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
