Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team at RV REMODELING LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, as well as developing and implementing human resources policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and programs
  • Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Plan and develop recruitment strategies
  • Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales
  • Coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs
  • Manage training and development strategies
  • Research employee benefits and health and safety practices and recommend changes
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
Work Environment
