Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance and support to dealership technicians and other departments, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our dealerships and customers, providing them with the technical expertise and support they need to succeed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments and advancements in the powersports industry, ensuring that our team has the knowledge and expertise needed to provide the best possible service.
  • Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Represent BRP at industry events and conferences, showcasing our products and services and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as powersports, automotive, marine, or small engine mechanics.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a powersports dealership or similar environment, with a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical theory.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with the ability to navigate and understand electronic parts catalogues, engineering drawings, and bill of materials.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Bilingual (EN/FR) with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
