About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Advisor to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our global support team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service experiences to our customers and dealers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical advice and support to dealers and customers, focusing on resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, providing guidance on best practices and technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and escalate emerging issues, driving continuous improvement and optimization of our support services.
  • Represent BRP at events and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as powersports, automotive, marine, or small engine mechanics.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a powersports dealership or similar environment, with a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical theory.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with the ability to navigate electronic parts catalogues and engineering drawings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical information effectively.
  • Bilingual (EN/FR) is an asset.
