Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at New Fine Pizza And Donair. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain our high standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Cash Handling and Inventory Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms. Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
- Performance Reviews and Staff Development: Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback for improvement. Identify areas for training and development to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Ensure that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and revenue growth. Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and injuries. Maintain a clean and safe working environment for employees and customers alike.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in food service operations or a related field.
- Skills and Qualifications: Proven track record of successfully managing cash handling and inventory control. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Competitive Salary: $55,000 per year.
