Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation and portioning team, ensuring that they work efficiently and effectively to meet customer demand.
  • Inventory Management: You will estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Quality Control: You will ensure that all food and services meet our quality control standards, maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Reporting and Communication: You will prepare and submit regular reports on team performance, inventory levels, and any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • At least 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role

Working Conditions:

  • This is a permanent position with 30-44 hours per week
  • The work language is English

Salary Information: We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
