Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual who is fluent in English and French to provide top-notch support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage, process, and close tickets created by customers using the Zendesk Platform
  • To process orders and extract relevant data for customers and management using SAP
  • To create and deliver qualified leads for sales teams to follow-up
  • To record suggestions and complaints from customers and report them to Product Management & Marketing departments
  • To participate in assigned training sessions and selected industry conferences
  • To work in conjunction with the Product, Sales Marketing, and Finance teams
  • To perform additional tasks as required to support the operations team and the customer service strategy
  • To be a member of the Kärcher Team

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education from an accredited college or university or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum of three years in a customer service role
  • Demonstrated work experience in MS Office and CRM software
  • Solid SAP experience with VA, VL, MD modules
  • Knowledge of EDI transactions preferred
  • Excellent English and French communication skills (bilingual – written and verbal)
  • Experience of having worked in an organization that sells technical industrial products to professional customer segments industry preferred

Estimated Salary Range: $56,000 - $63,000 per year
